MOM VILLAGE PRP partners with My Destined Youth mentoring program. MDY is designed to promote self-awareness and personal growth among young people in Maryland. We create a social setting where everybody is free to express themselves and teach coping mechanisms that help each individual deal with their challenges. Learning is achieved through social involvement, community service, peer-to-peer tutoring, and personal growth workshops.
Our 9-month revolving program life skills workshops that cover topics such as health and hygiene, etiquette, anti-bullying, resume writing, college tours, job fairs, and even cultural traditions. We also have book clubs, purity ceremonies, pinning ceremonies, and more. MDY is a safe haven for youth who aspire to be someone great!
